Itinerary

Day 1: HO CHI MINH – MY THO – BEN TRE – CAN THO (L/D)

7:30–8:00AM: Pick up at your hotel and depart to My Tho. Visit late-19th-century Vinh Trang pagoda upon arrival. Then riding the sampan around Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix, and Tortoise islands.

Stop at Unicorn Island and meander through village roads to see orchards, exotic fruits, and traditional Vietnamese folk music. Visit the orchard.

Ride a tiny sampan through the Thoi Son canal and explore the landscape, visit the family business and bee-keeping farm, and make coconut sweet and honey tea.

Have lunch at local restaurant.

In the afternoon, cycle around Tan Thach village to meet locals and enjoy Mekong delta life. Non-cyclists can enjoy the breeze on hammocks.

Overnight in Can Tho hotel

Day 2: CAN THO – CAI RANG FLOATING MARKET – HO CHI MINH (B/L)

Hotel breakfast. Visit Cai Rang Floating Market, the area's most dynamic floating market, after a leisurely boat cruise along the Lower Mekong River (Bassac River) tributaries.

Noodle manufacturing tour. Visit Munir Ansay Pagoda, a beautiful Khmer pagoda. Then boat to Con Son, explore the fruit orchard, and eat seasonal fruits.

Lunch and back to Ho Chi Minh.
