Our tour takes you just a few kilometers outside of Ha Giang City. As you drive into the mountains before reaching the town of Tam Son, you'll have a great chance to see some beautiful scenery. We'll go over Bac Sum Pass and up Heaven Gate to have fun. See the twin mountains and all of Tam Son town from the top. The trip will keep going until you reach the town of Yen Minh, where you can eat lunch. After that, we'll drive through the beautiful Chin Khoanh pass on our way to Dong Van. Vietnam's Dong Van Karst Plateau as a whole is a major geoheritage site. You will see rice fields that go on and on, thousands of limestone rocks, and views that will take your breath away. You can see how people from hill tribes live and work in their towns. The driver can also take you to the border with China and the famous view point at Vietnam's northernmost point. We will stop at Hmong King's Palace, where Vuong's family lives in Sa Phin, a few kilometers before we get to Dong Van Town. We'll get to Dong Van in the late afternoon, just in time for a good dinner after a long day of events. Evenings are a good time to look around town and unwind before the next busy day.

After a wonderful breakfast, we leave Dong Van Town. Our motorbike driver will take you to Ma Pi Leng Pass, the most beautiful part of the whole trip, which is on the Happiness Road between Dong Van and Meo Vac. The famous pass is known for its steep rocks and stunning views. It is the roughest pass in the north and is often called the "king" of Vietnam's passes. The whole road winds through the rocks and goes over the 2,000-meter-high Ma Pi Leng pass. To show you the full beauty of the pass, we will ride down the beautiful Sky Path and look out over the whole valley and the Nho Que river. From the amazing mountain view point, you'll be able to see everything around you. The amazing pass is one of the most difficult roads in Vietnam, with a 29-step snake road. We ride down to the Nho Que River, where you can swim or go kayaking, and then ride to the Ma Pi Leng Pass panorama and take photos that you'll remember forever. When you stand at the top of the pass, you will be awed by how big the space is and how beautiful the mountains and rivers are.
We will continue our trip to more distant villages. From there, you can see how people live in Vietnam's more rural areas. We will drive through the towns of Lung Ho, Mau Due, and Meo Vac, where we will stop for lunch and a drink. From Meo Vac Town, we'll go through the mountainous trail road area of Ha Giang province to Du Gia Village, which has beautiful scenery and is known as a place where seven different ethnic groups live together. You'll see colorful villages with a lot of culture there, and we'll spend the night with a Tay minority family and have dinner and happy water with them.

After breakfast, we'll say goodbye to our homestay host and get back on the road. Our last day will still give you a great sense of nature and scenery, and we'll take the road back to Ha Giang. But that doesn't mean it's the end of the show! After driving for two hours, we'll get to the well-known Lung Kuy cave. The cave is about 300m long and has a lot of beautiful stalactites and shapes that will make you think. We will go through the town of Quan Ba and see Nui do Mountain. Some say it looks like the breasts of a fairy! After going through Sky Gate, we'll be back at Bac Sum pass. In the afternoon, we'll get back to Ha Giang after a fun ride. You can take a night bus or an afternoon limousine back to Hanoi, depending on how much time you have left and what you want to do after our trip. Take sleeper bus to Ha Noi (4pm or 8.30pm). You will get to Hanoi Old Quarter the next day at 3:30 am. Trip ends.
