Temple of Literature – Quoc Tu Giam in Hanoi will host Vietnam Design Week 2023 from September 23rd to the 29th.The Vietnam Design Group, in partnership with other important organizations, is hosting an event to celebrate Vietnamese designers and their creations.A variety of exhibitions, seminars, and workshops, as well as the Designed by Vietnam competition and the Design of the Year 2023 award, will be held at Design Fair Vietnam. One hundred and fifty concepts were submitted to the Designed by Vietnam competition, with 31 making it to the show. Ten of these designs were for public restrooms around Hoan Kiem Lake. Almost fifty Vietnamese and foreign design and manufacturing companies are showcased across a hundred booths at Vuon Giam’s Design Fair Vietnam.Those in the Dong Da District can find the Temple of Literature at 58 Quoc Tu Giam Street in the Van Mieu Ward. The cost to enter is VND30,000, which is roughly $1.23.Harvest celebration in HanoiThe Hanoi Youth Union, the Department of Investment, Trade, and Tourism Promotion, and the Hanoi People’s Committee are proud to present the return of the Hanoi Autumn Festival in 2023.This event will be a spectacular celebration of Hanoi’s culture and community spirit over the course of three days, September 29 – October 1.Hanoi autumn festival. Festival-goers may look forward to a variety of activities, such as an art show including 99 paintings by local youngsters that capture the spirit of Hanoi.In addition, the “Autumn Hanoi” Carnival will impress with its displays of street art. In addition, there is a selection of both classic and cutting-edge games to enjoy, as well as a gastronomic journey through Vietnam’s many regions.Hoan Kiem Lake and the surrounding region of pedestrian streets (including Trang Tien and Dinh Le) will serve as the venue for the event.Hanoi’s 2023 Culinary DistrictAt the “Hanoi culinary space 2023” event, guests can sample modern and classic Vietnamese dishes while learning the stories behind their preparation.There are 51 food stands where visitors can sample a variety of delectable offerings. The event will also feature chefs discussing the subtleties of making Vietnamese dishes and explore the centrality of food in Vietnamese society.Hanoi Children’s Palace, 36-38 Ly Thai To Street, Hoan Kiem District, will play home to the event from September 29-1.The 2023 OktoberfestThe German Business Association (GBA) and the JW Marriott Hanoi are teaming up to organize Oktoberfest 2023 on September 28-30.The event provides a taste of Bavarian culture by serving authentic German fare and steins of beer. There will be live performances and a raffle at the festival.Do Duc Road No. 8, Me Tri Ward, South Tu Liem District, Hanoi, Vietnam, JW Marriott. Daily admission to Oktoberfest is VND1,700,000 ($69) on September 28 and 30, and VND1,800,000 ($73) on September 29 per person.Tickets to Oktoberfest include entry to the event, a commemorative Oktoberfest mug to take home, a buffet featuring traditional German fare, an open bar serving premium beers (both alcoholic and non), unlimited soft drinks, water, and juice, and a chance to win prizes.Fall Fair in HanoiHanoi’s Book Street will play host to an autumn fair full of fun seasonal activities. There will be more than 30 booths selling anything from books to jewelry to arts and crafts.Painting, statue-making, bracelet-making, and clay character-sculpting are just few of the workshops available to attendees.On September 30 and October 1, shoppers can visit the fair in the Hoan Kiem District’s December 19 Street from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.
